Transforming Industries
Specialist teams tackling your projects. Auditing, proposing, implementing.
Lmaghri Consultants is a multi-disciplinary consultancy that undertakes projects in a variety of industries by forming transitional specialist teams to tackle specific projects.
The work usually follows three phases:
1. Auditing the problem
2. Proposing the solution
3. Implementing the approved project if required.
Each of the three phases is independent from the other and can be contracted separately.
The phases can be contracted on an hourly, daily or turnkey delivery basis.

Our Projects
Artificial Intelligence : Animation Dialogues
We were contracted to select and use AI ( artificial intelligence) tools, in various combinations, to convert existing dialogue text into a video presentation.
This was successfully done. LifeDialogues (@lifedialogues) | TikTok
This technology which we now developed in house can be used by companies, educational institutions, public authorities, to communicate complex ideas, instruction manuals, advertising dialogues, interactive learning videos etc very efficiently and cost effectively.
Energy efficiency
We were contracted by a Moroccan sugar company to implement energy efficiency in all parts of their refinery according to the norm ISO 50001. We started by making a diagnosis of the existing (white audit) where we collected all necessary data for the project (sugar production, electricity consumption, fuel consumption, water consumption), We made graphs of consumption, specific consumption and linear regression for knowing the saving potential, then we made the distribution of the energy bill (fuel and electricity). Our team analysed the energy bill to optimize the contracted power and the power factor. Then we tracked every electricity transformer to determine the distribution of electricity in each sector of the refinery where we followed the method of Pareto. At the end we proposed improvement actions to reduce energy consumption (the fuel in central heating by improving the efficiency of the boiler and the electricity network of the National Electricity Office by the installation of equipment that reduce consumption). This project saved a yearly cost of 266 000 USD and reduced the carbon dioxide emissions by 263 476 tonnes per year.
Environment
We were hired to solve the waste water PH issue at the sugar refinery of Morocco. We started with making a material balance to determine the volumes of acidic and basic water generated and their time cycles. We then used all the collected data to propose a mixing process in order to neutralize the pH of the waste water without the need to add sodium hydroxide or sulfuric acid. We then recommended to increase the volume of the basin where the water collection takes place. This self-neutralization process (mixing various streams of waste water coupled with a storage process) proved to be very cost effective.
Energy efficiency and Renewable energy
We were assigned to optimize the lighting system in Agadir airport, one of the biggest airports in Morocco to decrease the electricity bill. Therefore, we collected all the necessary data to study the performance of their current installation that time, then we calculated the luminous flow using our LUXMETRE to find out the necessary number of lamps for the installation using a software called DIALUX. We then recommended to replace the incandescence lamps with new LED lamps to reduce the electricity consumption. At the end we recommended an autonomous photovoltaic solar system which we dimensioned it using a software called PVSYST.
Water treatment
An autonomous governed Multiservice company which makes the management of two public services in Agadir Morocco: distribution of drinking water and sewerage hired us to solve a major problem which was the big quantity of residual sludges they store after water treatment, these sludges cannot be thrown away as ordinary wastes so they were stored and occupied a huge space. We started with drying the residual sludges then we measured the calorific power in the laboratory, we then used a part of these sludges in the methanization process, for the other part of sludges we made an agreement with a cement plant in the area to take these sludges and incinerate them on the kiln to use them as a fuel alternative.
Energy Consultancy assignment
A private investor contracted us to produce a report on Exxon Mobil’s plans for carbon capture and storage as part of the company's climate change initiative. The report was produced and fully accepted by the client. The client also gave us permission to show the report to third parties.
Training of companies’ employees
We were contracted by the Moroccan airport authority to provide several trainings to their employees over all the airports of the kingdom in electrical accreditation and teach them how to comply with the rules and regulations of health, safety, quality and environment to ensure a safe organization with minimal risk and zero injuries and accidents; and to also ensure an environmentally responsible workplace, where they can prevent damaging the environment. We also reminded them about the importance of the personal protective equipment and make them aware of the potential risks whom may occur in their day to day works and how to act when an accident happens.
Airports
We were contracted by the national office of airports in Morocco to optimize the level of service of their annual contracts. We studied the contracts and recommended to add a contract clause which insists the contractors to provide the level of service maintenance for every equipment while applying for payment. We then made an excel spreadsheet based on a maintenance software to calculate the level of service per every three months. The calculation was carried out by filling the table which contains three parameters: schedule compliance rate which has a ratio of 25%, Reaction time compliance as per the contract prescriptions with a ratio of 25% and the availability of the equipment within 90 days with a ratio of 50%. The average parameter of all the equipment installed at the airport gives as the value of the parameter for each airport which can leads us to calculate the airport level of service.
Building management
An integrated real estate and healthcare company headquartered in Singapore contracted us to audit an inspect two of their properties whom are shopping malls and produce a defect report to identify the defects and propose actions to solve them. We started with inspecting the whole buildings and checking all the Mechanical and electrical installations including lighting, pumps, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, fire protection and waterproofing. We then split the defects into 2 categories, the first one contains the defects whom can be rectified by their in-house technicians and the second one contains the defects whom need to engage contractor and the actions to be taken to carry them out. The report was produced with photos and fully accepted by the management.
Pest control
A historic building complex in Singapore which contains more than 70 restaurants and coffee shops contracted us to solve a major problem they had which was the continuous complaints of customers of the presence of rats on the building, we inspected their whole building then we hired a Japanese pest control subcontractor to solve the issue. We installed Rodent Monitoring Stations in the common areas equipped by a lot of sensors but without traps inside to monitor the flow and track rodents, we then connected the sensors to a router by LPWAN technology (Low Power Wide Area Network) where no Wi-Fi, no Bluetooth and no data was required. The Data sent by sensors and collected by the router was transferred to a website where both we and client can monitor 24/7. We needed about 2 weeks to understand the flow and activity of rodents to identify the “Hot Spots”, after finding the hot spot areas we were able to catch rodents more effectively by installing or relocating the rodent boxes in / to the hot spots. Once rodents are caught a notification will be sent to our sub-contractor to come down and clear the boxes.
